Always receive great service from the team! Service team provided quick and efficient service while I waited for my car. Ferdinand Marfil said my car will be ready and washed by 1pm, and it was ready and parked to go before 1pm. No delays! Also met our Sales Specialist, Wes Amshad, and as always he was amazing and took care of me. We purchased 2 new Countryman’s from Wes and he has provided us excellent service! I had an appointment book for oil change and installing of new all season tires. The tires were not in as yet. I went ahead with the oil change. The service advisor informed me of mileage upcoming services. I felt he was very respectful of my decision to hold off on those services. He did his job without applying any sales pressure. I so appreciated that.

I appreciate how easy it was to make my service appointment. As a foreigner in Toronto, I was nervous about it but the service dept made it very pleasant and quick. Thank you for my brake job. My Mini Cooper S is very happy and so am I.

My experience with Mini Vaughan West, Wesley Amshad and the rest of their team was 5 stars. Wes was extremely communicative, fast, clear and knowledgeable. He made trading in and buying a new Mini Cooper Countryman S a total breeze. I LOVE my Countryman and it has become a part of my branding as a waterfront realtor, so all of my clients were excited to see me in the new one! I had to go to the dealership to repair my pre owned vehicle for two times within 30 days of my purchase. One time with the brake squeaky sound and another time with the malfunction of the brake lamp. It has made me wonder how properly the safety check and MBP inspection was done. What has made me flip out was Manager Ian Fernandes’ bad attitude of service when I resorted to him to help me resolve the problem. The experience couldn’t be worse. I quote him “ it all happened at a bad timing and we can’t help.”

Steer clear of used cars. Ours was “clean carfax”. After buying I noticed the different color of the back to the doors. Gas cap doesn’t fit and more. It’s been in an accident for sure.You go to a dealership because you think it’s safe, and no, it wasn’t disclosed!!!

I had a very nice experience with Mini Vaughan. My car deal was Joseph Lee. He is very polite, honest and easy going. He helped me throughout the process of getting my new car. Judy, the financial planner is also an excellent person to discuss the details, if you are getting your vehicle financed.I wish both of them best wishes in their life and strongly recommend visiting to these two people in Mini Vaughan west if you are planning to buy any car from Mini.
