Gave Joe three pieces for alteration. She said it would be done within two weeks. One month later after several follow-ups on WeChat, it’s still not done yet, and she failed to provide an exact completion date.

Sent my Ever New summer jumpsuit for dry cleaning in June. The jumpsuit turned from white to redish upon pickup so I asked for a fix or compensation ($80 plus refund).Three months later, the owner still hasn’t started fixing the color, nor showing the intention to offer compensation. Fall has started so this jumpsuit needs to wait until next year even it were fixed.

Jo, the tailor lady does a really good job, her prices are good and service is fast. She is thoughtful in her recommendations and texts you when it's done so you know right away. She was recommended by my auntie and have shortened 2 pairs of jeans for me and replaced a zipper to outer jacket. No hesitation to recommend to others.
