Great landlords, have lived here for almost 4 years now during my studies and very satisfied with the communication and service Natasha and Kosta provide. Quick to respond to inquires and issues, and able to work with you. Very nice that its a family run business, definitely would not have received this kind of service with any of the bigger companies. Glad I was able to have a positive tenant-landlord relationship. Recommend this building to people I know looking for student housing in Waterloo.

Great place. Clean, helpful staff. Maintenance is very quick and helpful. Costa is great.

This is probably one of the worst places I've stayed at. Trust me, in my opinion you do not stay here; they find different ways to just rip you off. We asked them if we could keep our TT table there for a week and they said yes before they threw it out or god knows did what with it within 3 days once we were all out of country. They also send extremely high charged bills. Maintenance was not what we expected at all. Terrible experience overall. Decent rental prices tho.

I was lucky to have sublet this room directly from the management. I have rented with some big banners in waterloo but this family-owned building is the best. They are quick to respond to your concerns. Great location. Rental rates are decent as well. Would have carried on renting if I had not bought my own condo.

I had a positive experience the entire 3 years that I resided here while completing my schooling. The unit was clean and intact from the day I moved in, and maintenance issues were handled effectively and in a timely manner whenever a problem arose. Further, VIP Student Housing was quick and efficient with communication, and accommodating wherever needed. This is by far the best student housing company I have ever encountered - especially in comparison to others who take weeks to respond, and could care less about the maintenance of the unit itself. Lastly, I felt very secure in this building, which is very important to me as a female. There is 24-hour surveillance and proper safety features throughout the building. I absolutely recommend this building! You will not be disappointed, and rent is priced very well. Thank you Sam & Natasa for providing a comfortable, safe, and smooth living experience :)

Wonderful management and attention. The living space was great and I was very happy to call this place my home for a year.
