Waste of time and waste of my credit being checked and my mothers information too.Applied oct 25th was approved told the salesman Ranbir wasn’t in a rush but something by dec 1 also told him what I was looking for and he sent me everything but what I stated. Didn’t take me seriously and basically was sending me all the cars seemed no one else was wanting . I understand my credit is not the greatest but still purchasing a big purchase regardless of credit should still be taken professional. Dec 1 came and he basically gave up the sale. My credit was effected by this so I will be making a report to better business bureaus take my information run it approve me then leave me hanging.GO TO CAR MATCH CANADA took me in and actually listened to what it was I was looking for a lot more options and the salesman actually took the sale serious regardless of credit & being selective in my purchase.

Best experience ever. I dealt with Dee from the Cambridge office. She was amazing. Found me a vehicle within 1 day of talking with her. She went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend the Loan Arranger. She made it possible for me to pick up my new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan in Barrie which was really close for me. Vehicle is great and was really cleaned and mechanically checked before I even got to it. Dee kept me in the loop all the way with my van and always called me or emailed me back when I needed her. Just a fantastic service. She helped me when no one else could or would. Eternally grateful for all the help. I'm over the moon with my vehicle.

They work there hardest and fastest to get you into a affordable car for you. Tina was incredible. Got my first car here and even with my no credit, she managed to pull something off and got me driving a beautiful Honda Civic. I highly recommend coming to this location. I have nothing but good to say!

Got my wife a dodge Journey from here in 2021 it had nothing but issues they didn’t want to help had to chase them for months, because they wouldn’t return calls till 30 days was up, I assume it is because then they can say they legally don’t have to do anything. They finally call us and the issue finally got fixed at our cost! Now fast forward to today and I fell behind on payments because I’m currently going through labour board disputes and won’t get the money I’m owed for a few weeks, asked if we could work something out, got told no it was being transferred to management, they never called my wife and all of a sudden show up at our door and take her car! This company doesn’t care about customers, we wanted a finance and they gave us a lease, they don’t listen to what customers want, they ruin your credit instead of working with you. I wouldn’t waste your time.

Why is it you have no sticker price in the window of the cars isnt that illegal. No cars for sale that can be test driven. Not willing to take trade in Less then 8k not willing to work with bad credit not willing to even let u test drive a car on there lot was told three different times to come back they would have something to drive never did . promise to have 4 car to choose from never did said we are willing to work with you never did let be honest with your customers never know when there a Google reviewer with over 10k viewer
