Don’t know why they keep increasing their prices - I paid 10 bucks for a small drink that tasted disgusting (I’ve been to other locations and this is my usual drink so I know what it tastes like). The oat milk tasted really weird. When I asked how much extra substituting oat milk would be the two workers got mad and started raising their voice, telling me it’s not them who make the rules of pricing. Obviously. Smh. The other smoothie and bubble tea places in the mall are better priced and much better quality.

Excellent service ! It was quiet busy but despite that the staff was super friendly and our drinks came out quick. Drinks were delicious too! Anytime I’m in Masonville mall this will def be the place I get my bubble tea from.

Glad to see that Chattime has finally opened. I ordered a couple drinks for me and some coworkers and the cashier informed us that the employees still training so it could take a bit of time but honestly didn't have to wait too long and the drinks came out perfect. Will definitely be going back again

DELICIOUS DRINKS. One of the employees here made me the best bubble tea EVER. I didn't get her name but she wore glasses and had pig tails and was short. Also, the store was busy but they managed to get my order done quickly anyways. Super!

They were training so it took longer than usual to get our drinks but they were friendly and the girl who was giving out the drinks always had a smile on her face. Makes the experience a lot nicer! Congratulations on your opening!

Came to the mall to look for clothing and realized they finally opened their doors today! (Mar 1). Was very busy given the popularity of the chain, but I had my regular drink made as per usual. Despite warning us that they were in training, everything was smooth and drink was awesome as always

I ordered a large milk tea with tapioca. They were in training, so I wanted patiently for my drink. But there was something not right about my drink. I always drink oat milk but I had an upset stomach and bowel movement foe the rest of the day. Don't think I'll come back to this location for milk tea again unfortunately.
