I pay thousands of extra dollars to have extended warranty coverage and rental coverage. They couldn’t come up with a rental for me, unless I paid out of pocket for km’s! Cool, for living out of town and a son 45 minutes away. There another 400$ charge on top of my other fee! They refused to compensate me for having to miss out on work, appointments and other things!! Then having to pay out of pocket 350$ for my car.. where they have never ever done that change before!

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Gary Moe Service! My alternator went when I was on a weekend visit to Red Deer and they fit me in right away for a diagnostic, got me my quote and booked me in for repair in record time. They were so helpful, friendly and funny. Volkswagen definitely does service right. Thank you!
