Would never buy a losani build again. Such poor craftsmanship it’s actually embarrassing and this company has zero accountability, they just scapegoat onto others. Don’t waste your money, you won’t get the same value.

Best home builder in the GTA.

They never complete the job they start for several months. They use poor quality materials and extremely low quality workmanship. They caused damage with the breeze they left behind I never fix it. Their houses have electrical issues causing light problems triggering all fire alarms To turn on and almost give us heart attack. Instead of fixing route cause they replace the fire alarms. The list is so long that I cannot fit here. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Poor customer service, i had problem with garage door key pad , they installed it in the wrong side , it must be always close to the porch side but instead they put it in the other side toward the neighbor ,when i sent my email they told me i didn't say where i want the keypad ,, and for another problem i talked to the sites super about squeaks inside the house and it's not been fixed and they already installed the hardwood and carpet , it's my second house from losani and will be the last house, cheap materials for a big single house, i had to upgrade almost everything, with other builders you got all this standard granite in washrooms, oak stairs Engineered joist,hardwood in main floor

I agree with all the 1 star reviews , I would give them a 0 star if it was at all possible
