I came here because my usual hairdresser was not able to do my hair before a very important upcoming work trip. This salon had good reviews so I assumed it would be good enough to get the correct colour I needed. While the staff were friendly there was practically no consultation about specific hair colour and tones and the end result is not the colour I was hoping for. Along with that I was not informed that they will not style your hair after the colouring is done. So as a curly haired girl they did a “rough blow dry” (leaving it semi wet) and smoothed my bangs, so the rest of my hair will dry frizzy because it was brushed out. Of course I would have liked to know I won’t get my hair styled even though it cost $130 and I now have plans for the rest of my day. At least if you’re going to not style clients hair let it dry naturally curly instead of trying to half blow dry it straight to where it will just be frizzy for the rest of the day.

Warning! Warning! Warning! stay away.Except for the senior stylist, who owns the facility, rest of the hair stylists seem to be stylists with no experience. I have been growing long hair for myself (male) and my son. Rest of the stylists seem to know only how to style or cut the long hair to shorten for women style. They just cropped out the whole thing and gave a look that is akin to a lady look. Completely shoved off all the long hair on the back in a blink of time. Please stay away if you don't want to pay the top dollars for the only senior stylist.

I started coming here because I worked at the dental office next door. Had the pleasure of meeting Janice and have seen her since. It’s not awkward with conversation and she is so good with what she does. I’ve seen a LOT of hair dressers and she knows how to cut my hair. Highly recommend.

Was charged $140 (before tax) to do tips of my son's hair ( has very short hair). Nicole was not very attentive as she was busy (that's fine). This was his very first time in a salon. In the end she quickly dried hair and didn't even style it. Would not recommend and will never return here again.

Only reason for a 2 star Even though I made appt for 3. Had to wait 30 plus minutes before the stylist could take me. I was tight on time and last minute couldn’t even go anywhere. I definitely felt they really didn’t care for me or my business

John very skilled and essentially a visionary at cultivating the hairstyle i desired. In addition to this he is an extremely personable and genuine person. I highly recommend him!

Got a wash, cut, and style by Taylor and it was great! All the staff was friendly and I got a thorough hair wash and she took her time to cut my hair. Taylor made nice suggestions and was very clear about what she was doing. The total was around $57 with a separate tip which is amazing value. Will be back!

Professional and amazing staff! I have been a client since the doors open and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. I recently moved and travel 1 1/2 hours for all my hair needs. Love Love Love this place. I always leave feeling and looking beautiful. Staff is incredibly friendling and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend any of the hair stylist at In Salon.
