Please don’t waste your time in drive through!You place the order wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes!On a Sunday afternoon???? That busy !!!!

Had to explain multiple times to the person taking our order the difference between a vanilla iced coffee and a regular iced coffee and they still got it wrong. We sat trying to order from the cashier for 15 minutes. Not to mention my crave-able was the saddest most puny sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I would recommend any other Tim Hortons establishment before this one. I would give zero stars. Never going here again.

Felt like I was in a small box, but hey every Tim's is designed that way. Their prices are almost identical to Starbucks and the atmosphere is the complete opposite. For these two reasons, I will continue to go elsewhere for my coffee.

20 minutes wait for chicken at 4pm? You’re Tim hortons! No excuse. And they teller doesn’t understand fluent English. Was a struggle to explain my order. I’m very confused about this experience.

My first time at this Tim's. Very busy for mother's Day. They got our order wrong but corrected it quickly. Very happy with the food, price and service.

Massively backed up and confused staff. Training new staff should be mid day during the week not on a weekend morning. Shouldn't spend 20 minutes to get a bagel

I don't use the drive thru at this location often as it usually takes longer, however, today I did. I made my order and went through to the window to scan my app and pay. The lady at the window was very snappy and rude that I wanted to scan the app and hadn't done so at the speaker. There was no signage visible to indicate that I needed to scan at the speaker and I wasn't asked, (I didn't think to as I always scan when I pay). She demanded I scan my app at the speaker the next time and informed me very snappily that I would not be able to scan next time.I did get my app scanned and it still didn't get applied to my order. Very disappointed in her attitude as this wasn't a difficult or new task to scan my app, and I was patient and kind the whole time. I do not appreciate unwarranted snapping for such a small inconvenience in her part.

Explain to me how you handed me a bagel with so much butter dripping out of the wrapping that it left a pool of butter on my seat, but when I opened the actual bagel up it was completely bone dry. Did you just toss butter on top? Throw it in the packaging? Melt some butter and put it on the side? I’m amazed honestly. It takes a lot of balls to hand someone food covered in melting butter and look them straight in the eyes as that butter is covering your hand. You didn’t think to give a napkin?

Such a good Tim Hortons! The drive thru always goes by so fast and the staff are always on top of it. They are friendly and thorough and the food/drinks always taste so good.

As a person who makes frequent trips back and forth between the red deer area and Lethbridge I find this Tim's and Airdrie is an excellent place to stop for a bit of a rest before making your way through Calgary. Has an efficient split drive through if you're looking to go that route, you can also go inside but it is a pretty narrow location so if there's any line it can be quite crowded. The staff all seems friendly if a bit overrun, and the food is on par with other Tim Hortons locations.
