The ambiance is really nice, however while the man was filing my nails he was constantly hurting me and I mentioned it and nothing has changed. 5/10 nails are crocked and they all have weird bumpsOn them which makes them look really unprofessionally done. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

I have done my nails at least 3 or 4 times with them. They are amazing with nail art. If you want a complex design, they will do it, and they do a very good job, very gentle and easy to understand. The only reason I am giving them a 3 star is because... get ready to wait a long time before they do your nails. I've booked weeks in advance and a couple of days in advance, and they always over book :( I got stuck waiting 30 to 45 minutes before someone started working on my nails and I got there in time or even a couple of minutes in advance. Anyways, if you like to wait, this is the place for you.

I absolutely loved my experience, Steven did my nails and they turned out amazing!! He was very patient and he put a lot of care and attention into the designs. I got even better than what i asked for, i’m so grateful!

Make a appointment at beginning of the week I arrive there and the person is not there I specifically ask for this personThey said we'll come back 4 days latter for that person.Worse customer service everHave been getting ma nails done for the past 25 years

Was my 1st time there, I was a walk in. The owner was exceptionally nice. Anna did my nails and she was so gentle, professionalism and so sweet. She did such a great job!! She asked me what I wanted and said french manicure with some sparkle and she went above and beyond love my nails

I am giving a 3 because…the first time I went I was extremely happy with the service and the manicure …and decided to go back for a first time pedicure …but was a bit disappointed even though I told the gentleman it was the first time he got a bit annoyed at me for not understanding his commands by tapping my foot…and had to told him like 3 times the water was way to warm…to a point that my skin was naked red …and became so sensitive the pedicure hurt :(

I’ve been a few times and normally have a great experience but the last time I went the nail tech nicked the skin around 7/10 nails (which hurts and looks bad) and she insisted on popping off my last set when I asked to file/soak them off. There’s also too much acrylic by the cuticle which will lift when it starts growing out. I’ll come back again but hope I get a diff nail tech next time! If you have a good experience with someone, make sure to take their name down. I wish I did that!Edit to add it hasn’t been a week yet and I was right, the cuticles are lifting and look terrible. Disappointed!

They are very efficient!I go there every 3/4 weeks for dipping nails and they rarely chip.Make sure to get an appointment since sometimes there’s a lot of walk-in’s.
