Beware drivers!! They overload every trailer going to the usa and make fraud bill of lading indicating the weight is around 43000 pounds however they load way more (around 48000 pounds). When confronted about the issue, they arrogantly deny it and refuse to fix the problem. They advise to call the broker / customer and dont want to be accountable for their mistakes. Hell for trucker.

where do I start.. Well let's start with the older lady with glasses behind desk. rudest most ignorant person I've ever delt with. nothing she says or does is respectful. This has happened many many times and the other day was the last time. If a manager reads this you should be ashamed of your staff and this lady should be fired and not working with people. people stay away from this place there are so many other roofing suppliers that treat you as a human not garbage.
