Josie was extremely helpful and thorough. She was compassionate and understanding of our needs during a very frustrating time. They were quick to assess the situation and determine whether or not emergency restoration needed to be dispatched immediately or if it could wait until morning to avoid after hours charges. I highly recommend giving Paul Davis a call if you find yourself in need of a restoration company. Although I hope not to need their services in the future, they will be my first call if I do.

Probably the worst experience of my life dealing with these people.Here’s one example of how they try to hide their deficient work and cut corners. That’s on top of turning a 3 week repair into a 12 month repair, of which today as I type we have still no plan to complete and we’ve been relocated 4 times now going on 5Riddled with lies and inexperience, I would strongly urge anyone reading to go elsewhere

My family and I have been through 11 months of hell because of Paul Davis and Desjardins insurance. This outfit is not qualified to do anything more than emergency removal of damage (incompletely), and packing your belongings. 11 months in and we have no repair timeline/schedule and just got a deficient estimate for the second time.Here's an example of their repair" quality."

Thus company is terrible, I was a contract worker for them. Management was beyond unprofessional and have very limited knowledge of the projects. Some of the other trades would expect my company to do their work as finished product and send it off. The company never meets deadlines, they always tell you something and never actually check prior and expect everyone else to suffer for their mistakes! I have a list of clients I worm with now that will never use them again!

We were very pleased with the professionalism of both Azim Khan and Dillon Cole. They were both very helpful in making decisions about the work being done and we are very pleased with the outcome. The staff and crews that they brought into our home were courteous, friendly and helpful. We were absent through much of the labour intensive work but returned to our home completed and put back to its original condition.We met with them on our return to do a walk through and feel very confident that if we had any issues they would be here to help us.

I'm not sure why some people are unhappy with this Company. They came promptly to my basement flood. Margaret was great!! She was thorough, professional and fun to work with. The 2 guys that came too (sorry guys forgot your names) were Very knowledgeable, good hard working guys.

Allah, Jamie, David, and Jayden were amazing! They showed up on time, worked a super long day and were nothing but professional, friendly, and respectful of us, our kids, and our possessions. Absolutely A+!

Paul Davis had been a fast and efficient restoration service for 4 of our stores experiencing damages. The occurrences were at 3-4am and I was impressed with their professionalism at these early times. They provide 24/7 board ups and ordered our stores glass, plus provided all repairs start to finish. They have great project managers who are very responsive, which made it easy to find out ETAs. Overall, we will be using Paul Davis for any restoration needs in the future. This had reduced a lot of stress during unfortunate circumstances. I really appreciated everything.

Renovations- especially unplanned- can be stressful. Paul Davis was there every step of the way. Every question, concern, process, and at times, fixes- everyone has a lot of integrity in the work that is done. As a busy single mom, in school, I was able to trust PD to get the job done right.

Paul Davis team did a fabulous job for us when we had to have our main floor hardwood done after a flood. We have a piano and a fusion table that needed to be moved and I never once worried. The guys were fabulous when then moved everything back in.
