Friendly and efficient service. Not sure why all the other reviews are so angry.

My experience with the Rocky Post Office has been positive in every way.

Lazy bunch of twits (being VERY nice), my tracker said my package arrived on the first (wed), it is now monday and still no sign of it. Will be calling and using a few choice words on my lunch break tomorrow!!!! The zero star rating should exist, about the fifth time this has happened

Super friendly staff with great helpful service

These ladies were super patient helping me as I was completely unfamiliar with the process of acquiring a rural mailing address and dealing with mail forwarding issues. They were expedient in contacting me to get things going as quickly as possible and even took the time to show me a map and ensure I was getting the most convenient site possible for receiving my mail.

The mail persons that deliver to the boxes on the streets- must be dyslexic... because they always get my mail mixed up with the next street over mail. Constantly- constantly- done on a weekly basis, always getting the last two numbers screwed up, sick of going to my neighbours house to pick up my mail.Tired of waiting for a check which never gets put in my box, and gets sent back, and then waiting for the next time hopefully I get it. I lived at the same place for the last 14 years..PLEASE fix this issue with 48street ..THANKS

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating.Ive used that post office for years and have never gotten good service there. One time a lady wanted to buy collector coins, Ok fine, so instead of someone else getting me my parcel they left me standing there for 20 minutes + until she was finished. Another is leaving a line up of people while they go on break.You are in a 100% customer service business !!!.Now the latest is I've paid for term of mail forwarding and now senders are getting it sent back undeliverable no forwarding address"Is it that hard to do that Job? The janitor has a harder job.I have many more examples if how bad the service is there but this will do."

As an online business owner, I do a lot of shipping. I trust Canada Post to deliver my orders safely and in a timely fashion, even during the busy seasons. The staff at this location are always friendly, quick and knowledgeable when I ask about the best way to send my packages. They also helped me when I needed to register for a post office box. Thanks a bunch!

I have a package coming to me on overnight expedited service and the shipper had dropped it off at this location with a pre-made/prepaid shipping label well before the mail trucks were to be heading out yesterday. We were garunteed that I would be getting my package by today but the package was not submitted into the system until late last night and did not make it on the truck. Now this wouldn't be as bad if it wasn't a long weekend and now I'm being told the package actually hasn't even left this location and it's been over 24 hours. Terrible service for a Canada post location.

I guess if you are friends or family you get service. I was standing in line ( no one else in the lineup, I was “first”) the person at the front ignored me then when her friends entered the line up She called them up and served them first. They actually walked around me and proceeded to chat. I’ve never felt more invisible in my life. Less than zero rating would be more appropriate. When will Canada post hire a decent manager for this office instead of being run just for friends & family?
