Called told them my problem. They said send my truck bye tow and they would fix it. 850$ tow bill to have them not even touch my truck because it was a beyond their ability! An additional $300 to have it towed to a shop that could fix it! My advice don't take your truck there!

I called in to this so called garage to get my truck tires retorqued, most funny part is that a mechanic picked up my call and when enquired about the cost for doing retorque his answer is no idea, and not all were willing to help me with any information for the services i was looking for. Also he said as per her company policy if I’ve to get my tractor retorqued they going put 800$ CAD pre authorization on my credit card, while enquired why so, he just would like to let me know that’s its just a cool policy of his company. I really wonder how these kinda business exists.

I give them 1 star because I went there last week around 4:30 to fix loose deer bumper and lady at reception said she will talk to mechanics in the shop. They had chat and she came out and said show me picture. I said can anybody come out and have a look but she refused. She took picture of loose bumper from my phone and did show to youngsters inside and then she came out and said mechanics are leaving and you can go to other shops which are going to close at 5. If you don’t even have time to look at the problem then I feel bad for owner.

If your looking for new friends, take your truck to Reid Bros.They will ensure you get to come back on a regular basis.

Terrible communication for warranty last year lead me on 3 times that parts were order. Come to find out they never ordered them. Now I’m on the hook for and egr cooler and dpf for my Mack that’s only 3000km over warranty. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone especially a small buisness that can be pushed under the rug. And come to find out the first two egr repairs they did do were done improperly according to sergenor Kingston

Based on my personal experience I can not recomend this shop to anybody. Walked in to see if they can help with literally cutting a wire or give me a tool for ten seconds to do it myself but instead their receptionist said that she needs a credit card and she doesn't know how long before somebody could cut the wire. To be fair even though I found her rude she did go inside the shop (after I waited ten minutes) to bring back the news.Note to the owner:Having your employees brag that your shop is full and have the audacity to ask for a credit card without even looking at the problem when I specified that the truck is still in warranty because is less than a year old and not being able to say when they will do the repair (cut a wire), I'll let you decide what you have to do.Please tell your receptionist that she will never be the person to determine what is or what is not in warranty.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Was told the work would take a week and 4 weeks later we are still waiting. We keep getting the run around and have been flat out lied to at least once. So unhappy. We are a family owned business and have lost customers over this. Can’t e press how disappointed and frustrated we are
