The owners at Danilo have always been pleasant and helpful. I had to have a suit pressed the same day and they did it on the spot. Danilo always tries to accommodate their clients the best they can.

I brought an expensive jacket to dry clean here once... and they completely ruined it! Once it rained outside, I noticed that the raindrops did not dry up and left marks ALL OVER my jacket (it was a light brown leather jacket). When I brought it back to them, they told me that they couldn't fix it and that I should've protected it when I wore it in the rain. Why would I have to do that if I paid them to treat the jacket for me?Not even a sorry or a single sign of remorse. They really couldn't care less.I've heard they're good for altering, but save your expensive stuff for more qualified people.

Danilo is extremely professional and their work is always spectacular. They give the best customer service and they will go above and beyond for their clients. A perfect example is tonight I came by at 5:30 (they close at 6) and asked if I could get a pair of pants hemmed for my event tonight and it was done for me! I’ve never experience that anywhere else! Thank you so much Danilo <3

They ruined my suit after dry cleaning it. Never in 30 years I have ever seen a dry cleaning this bad. I hope it can be fixed terrible service!

I came to Danilo nettoyeur a few weeks ago to have my bridesmaid dress shortened and altered as well as steamed and the staff and owner were nothing but kind and professional. My dress turned out great and was the perfect length! Merci beaucoup pour votre service! I will definitely be back!
