Massage Addict

Jillian and Noah are both amazing. I've seen a lot of massage therapists and despite being skeptical of a corporate massage company I was very impressed. I decided to get their membership for reduced prices.

Massage started late 1011 am , and finished earlier ... 1100 am. also the Massage therapist was late arriving at 0958 am in the rush, running.... Clock in the room was giving 10 mins later than the actual time .... , did not have time to do my arms because finished to early , scare to be late for next customer .... not feeling the benefit of it for the price...will not go back

I love my experience every-time I go. The lady at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The place is very clean. They keep hygiene a priority and change the sheets and everything for every person. The massage therapist was really good and listened to my issue and helped me. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Pretty decent massage but a little over priced in my opinion. Even though it's covered through my benefits I'd rather pay out of my pocket for a much better massage not very far away from this place.

My husband just started going and loves it plus they have direct billing so thats amazing.

I used to love this place. Got two hour massages every month that were quite therapeutic for me. However I have experienced too many fee increases and too much employee attrition to continue expecting reliable service and being delivered unprofessionalism. I booked an appointment over 30 days ago for a two hour and today, Saturday, I get an email advising that my Monday appointments were cancelled, that the person I was supposed to see was fully booked until her last day of employment and that there were no other openings available. Perhaps I expected way too much.

I had the experience of three RMT and they were all great. I will travel two hours to get a massage here. So definitely a great place.

Very professional, clean and relaxing environment. Well trained staff that offer above average customer service. Highly recommended.

I use to love getting my massages at the Brookside location. I looked forward to my massages, especially because my occupation is very physically demanding. The therapist I was seeing ended up moving and ever since I’ve seen multiple different therapists, all with varying degrees of expertise. It was getting very disappointing to always have to explain to a new therapist my areas of concern and build a rapport with a therapist you can rely on and trust. It has been very unreliable service and there seems to be a higher turnover in staff. They usually call and cancel with less than 24 hours notice which conflicts with their own cancellation policy. I truly wish circumstances had of been different with Massage Addict.

I love it every time I go. The ladies at the front desk are kind and welcoming. It's always clean and welcoming.
