Oshawa Tint

Went to get tint for my car. He told me to come at 3pm and did not show up until 4pm. Told him to install dark tint on back windows but ensure that he put a legal tint on the front windows. He recommended 15% tint, which I later found out is illegal tint for front windows in Ontario. Called to let him know he needs to replace front window tint as he made wrong recommendation. Told me he always does 15% on the front all the time with no issues. He obviously does not know the law. As a tint professional you would think he should have this knowledge. Noticed imperfections in tint as well and called to also have those fixed. He avoided my calls and text messages. Would not get back to me and pretty much does not honour his so called lifetime warranty. Not sure how you choose to treat your customers that way if you want them to be loyal. Had another car that I was going to get tinted but I chose to go elsewhere to do that. When I finally got a hold of him I told him I was coming in to get the issues resolved. He told me to let him know 1 day in advance when I wanted to come in. I did, but he failed to respond. Shady business practices and I would never recommend this guy to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.
