A very professional experience first comes to mind. I have be dealing with Rosemary for over 2 years and the hearing care I have received is over the top. Situated in the heart of Kamloops, it offers quick easy access. Any concerns are dealt with an immediately response. The office has a warm atmosphere about it with the professional care being far above normal.

Rebecca was soooo good at what she does. Very friendly and caring. Her knowledge and experience is clearly evident. Rebecca answered my questions thoughtfully and made very helpful suggestions for my hearing issues.

This is my second set of Hearing Aids. I find that Rosemary is very professional and is doing all she can to make sure you are satisfied. I am extremely happy with the service I have received over the last five years.

Many offers of a hearing appointment. Then the phone calls start.Once the appointment is accepted the offers continue with promises for free hearing aids, AirMiles etc.None of those offers are followed through.They want you to have your hearing tested. All good.Then they want you to buy hearing aids etc from them.No advertised specials are ever mentioned.

My name is Laura & I'm happy to say Rosemary has been taking excellent care of me for these past 6 years. I would highly recommend her to all & have told her so. Rosemary is gentle, patient & kind during all the exams I've underwent.One exceptional thing I appreciate is her lack of pushiness in selling new hearing aides when unnecessary, as her motto is if it's not broken don't fix it and if it's working well leave it alone."Rosemary's fees are low in my opinion and she's not hard to get an appointment with.Her office is close to the hospital & easy to find."

I never thought hearing was so important until I started losing my hearing due to my occupation. Rosemary introduced me to hearing aids that has rejuvenated my ability to have a conversation without guessing what I was hearing. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
