O'Regan's Infiniti

I have always had the best service dealing with the Halifax infiniti. They were honest with me about pricing, always super friendly when I drop my vehicle off and cleaning my suv inside and out ever service, even a simple oil change. I highly recommend them!

Shyanne in service was the mosthelpful of any person I have had the pleasure to deal with. We are from Toronto, ON and we had our QX60 break down on us in the middle of nowhere in western NS, and we had it towed to O’Regan’s. Shyanne and her team of service staff went above and beyond to not only make us feel welcome, they got our QX60 fixed immediatly. We need more people like Shyanne and the service team at Infiniti in this world! Thank you very much ❤️

I highly recommend O'Regans Infinity! Recently purchased our 3rd Infinity from Kim and the team at O'Regans, and nothing but great things to say from the selection process right thru to the delivery of the amazing vehicle. My wife couldn't be happier with her new car!

From out of town, getting ready to leave and the engine light came on. Stopped in as I didn't want to leave not knowing what could be wrong. Amanda in service was very helpful moved around a few appointments and got me in right away. I was fixed and back on the road in no time. Thank you for the great service!

So i called this dealership to book a service appointment they asked me the type of vehicle, vin number, kms on unit and told them the vehicle is a non runner and it would have to be towed in. They booked my appointment for about 2 weeks later. I asked if i can have it towed there now and they said they couldn't accommodate the vehicle on the lot until 1 day before the appointment which again was fine. I called a tow truck and had the vehicle towed in the day before my appointment. The day of the appointment i get a call from the towing company i had used to have the vehicle towed over saying that oregans called them asking rudely why they had dropped the vehicle off at there location. I apologized to the towing company and said will straiten it out. Called oregans and spoke to service advisor Amanda and asked her why she was calling the towing company asking why they dropped off the vehicle. She rudely responds it was a human mistake obviously and then argues with me saying they had no information from me" So i respond that i gave all the information when i booked the appointment. When your bringing a vehicle in for service people shouldn't have to deal with rude staff for any kind of service at all

I had a great experience with my purchase at the Oregan’s Infiniti in Halifax.I never was pressured to purchase vehicle while I was browsing. The employees, especially Mike and Kimberly, were very polite, knowledgeable, keeping distance when needed and assist with any answers to my questions when required.I definitely would recommend this location for anyone who is in a market.
