Staff are always so friendly with me and my dog. My favourite clinic I’ve ever been to. Cannot recommend enough

As a first time dog owner, I couldn’t be happier with everything we’ve received from Banner Road Vets. From reception to the Assists and the Veterinarians, everyone has been exceptional! Beyond exceptional. I can’t say enough, they’ve been very helpful.

All the vets here are awesome. They are very informative and are great with my Chihuahua who doesn't really like strangers. They were also so kind and helpful to me when I fainted in the exam room after my dog got her shots and blood drawn. I highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my pets here for 25 years.The Doctors are very warm, compassionate, caring and have years of experience; and with experience comes knowledge. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their vet techs and support staff are lovely, patient and kind. Highly recommend.

Taking my dog here now 2 years. I was very happy when I found them. They have a full staff, all necessary services, reasonable pricing and short wait times.

0/5 stars if I could.I will say that seven years ago this was truly a great place and your pet was cared about and well cared for, but its not the same now. I'd like to say that Dr. Mark Neilson was the very best and back when he was there I recommended them to everyone. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place now.I had been a client for many of my cats with Banner Road for over twenty years and recently in early August I called to have an appointment for my very sick, not eating, therefore starving to death cat to be looked at and the receptionist or whom ever was answering the phone told me they refuse any animals they haven't seen previously. I was literally rendered speechless! She was never sick previously. I don't even go see my physician unless there is something wrong. They still see me if I'm ill. They told me to call around to see if anyone else would take me or to use a virtual pet service. Even the Vet Emergency Clinic was closed for three days. Seriously?!!! I ended up finding someone too late who did their best but I sadly lost my furbaby near the end of August. If I ever got another cat I'd go back to the vet that tried to save her without previously seeing her.Their attitude is absolutely shocking. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.It's taken me this long to be able to post this...I still cry.

Our dog is excited to go to the vet as everyone is so lovely there and we can tell they genuinely care about animals.

I brought my Goldendoodle in to get spayed and they a wonderful job, they fitted her cone for me and cleaned her up nicely. The stitches dissolved and totally healed up in just over a month and a half and you can barely tell she had the operation.I simply called in to book her appointment and they had me in the next week.

Amazing vet clinic! I feel so blessed to have found this organization. It is truly a wonderful group of caring and compassionate group of people.
