I feel that’s it’s important to rate a person/company based on true experience and factual dealing.1) the service depart lacks knowledgeable staff when it comes to fixing the problem. Start with the girls whom are the service advisor at the service desk with the seating area. I will refrain from adding name at this time however you will know who they are very quickly2) when you have warranty and even extended warranty it means nothing to fixing the issue. They (service advisor, assistant service assistant manager and service manager) will all say it’s not covered under warranty and you will almost all the time receive a bill. Bill for what a new vehicle which it’s built and serviced poorly? You have warranty plus extended warranty and still have to pay? Vehicle goes in for repeated same issue and does not get fix and told let diagnosis the issue and go from there is however when have to tell you there will be a charge!3) there has a been a number of issue which are all documented i heaven had to record what they say and take videos of the problem because they(service tech and assistant service manager) are not able to verify the issue. It’s amazing that the onus on a warranties vehicle is pushed back to the end client to prove to them there is an issue yet client will still be charged? Total chrysler does not warranty it. All call will be made to head off and to the upper management of Oxford dodge and see what is going to be done.I will update this review after all my calls and on going dealing!In closing this is a unbiased review and it’s important that your assessment and buying and service from this dealership from not onlyMy review but from all other negative reviews on this dealership be taken and assessed in much higher consideration.

This dealership is excellent! Their service department is great! The sales staff are professional and not overly bearing. I've owned five Jeep Grand Cherokee's over my lifetime plus a few Ram trucks and one Chrysler 300S. These folks always make sure I'm happy!

We drove 2hrs to see a car we were very interested in making a deal on. We were late but had notified them ahead of time, and asked if it was still okay to see the car, they clarified it was okay. Unfortunately, once we got there the process was very rushed and our business and presence felt unwanted. The staff members Todd and Chris heavily lacked in customer service.Prior to even sitting down, and discussing possible down-payments, term length, interest rate and negotiations Todd handed us a piece of paper with “the best deal”. When attempting to further question and discuss the price we were given dry and short responses, from both Todd and the manager Chris, further expressing “this is how we do business here”.I acknowledged that it was the end of the day, they followed with an inappropriate comment of the staff “wanting to go home to their families because they only have 1 day off a week”, while looking at the watch. We left immediately after this was said.It’s really upsetting for us, since it could have easily been communicated over the phone that it would’ve been too late for us to view the car rather than have such an uncomfortable, frustrating and unpleasant experience. Their service rather than the price heavily turned us away from a car we really wanted to sign on.

Ask for Todd Baynham, he is the best! He is amazing and made our car buying experience really smooth. He went above and beyond for us and helped as much as possible. Great service and he knows his stuff. Todd was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find us a vehicle that suited our family needs. It was a pleasure meeting Todd and we wish him the best of luck for your future.

2nd RAM I purchased here and they have maintained the same high standard since my first purchase in 2010. The people are very friendly and helpful. I would really like to send a special thanks to Craig for helping me with this purchase and putting up with my sense of humour. Good thing he has the same humour as I do.

Leavens VW sent my car to Oxford Dodge Collision Centre for bodywork covered by VW warranty. The paint job was full of orange peel and there were lots of quality-of-work issues with the entire job. I brought the car back for them to repair the work that was improperly done and am still disappointed with the results. My review on FB was removed and I've since been banned from returning to the dealershit after bringing up my concerns and dissatisfaction with the Body Shop Manager, Alex.

I own a 2011 Jeep Wrangler, that I have had serviced exclusively at Jeep dealerships. Despite having some great experiences with Oxford Dodge in the past, I had a truly awful experience in June 2023. I knew the Jeep needed some work and took it in for a full diagnostic. I was charged almost $500 for that (and an oil change) only to receive a $15,000 estimate for work to be done - including rebuilding my transmission. The Jeep has under 140K. Needless to say, I did not have the work done. When asking about trade in value, I was told to expect $1,000 for trade in, maybe a bit more depending on what we were looking at.MEANWHILE - they let me drive the car off the lot with virtually ZERO transmission fluid. For $500 buck - you think they could have at least topped up the transmission fluid.After that appointment, I took the vehicle in for a second opinion, and low and behold, received an estimate less than 1/3 of the Oxford estimate. I was also told he had buyers who would pay up to 5-6K for my Jeep - even in the current condition.The second opinion guy put 3L of transmission fluid in, and the Jeep immediately started running better, no more slipping gears.I will never go back to this dealership again. Oh and they also charged me $113 for a loaner - so all in, I'm out $600 for an oil change, hyped up estimate and a super lowball trade in offer.No thanks.

Love getting my car serviced here. Staff go the extra mile (Michelle and others) and jeep is washed and waiting for me after every visit. Excellent service. Quality vehicles. And owners, managers support my fav charities Salthaven and Bethany’s Hope Foundation.

I can not Thank Deb from sales and Nicky from service working hard to not only get our truck in fast but to get the issued addressed in a timely fashion. Nicky's communication letting me know everything about what was needed and the costs to getting me to and from work was amazing and so much appreciated. I was welcomed by all members of service with a smile and a big Hello. Norm the gentleman that drove me to my location not once but twice was so kind and carried on great conversation with amazing humor to make the experience that much better.Deb in sales has now been our sales rep for 2 vehicles (bought 2 in 2022) 1 for my husband and 1 for my daughter and went over and above to make the experience with my family so comfortable and took the stress and pressure off us.
