Always a great experience at Leela. Very professional staff, clean and cozy rooms and reasonable prices. This is mine and my girlfriends go to massage spot in Calgary.

I have been going to Ed for a very long time! 8 years or so now. He’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely 1 of the best massages I have ever had. If you want a deep tissue body work out... book with Rebecca. Using Thai techniques that she has mastered, will change your body. Great customer service.

My children gave me a Leela Eco Spa gift certificate for Mother's Day. We've just moved to Calgary and it was a treat to enjoy a wonderful massage with Tammy after lifting and unpacking boxes! The atmosphere was tranquil and the staff were friendly and professional. I'll be back!

Yesterday was my first time at Leela eco-spa in Bridgeland. I got a TMJ massage with Carla and highly recommend her. I arrived a stressed mess and left feeling so relaxed, she made me feel at ease right away. The receptionist was welcoming, the ambiance was calming, the treatment room aromatherapy was pleasant and the massage table warmed up just right. Carla was caring and attentive. I liked it so much that I already booked my next appointment.

Edit: I was contacted by Chantelle who apologized and explained that they are going to work with their reception staff to ensure a smoother process should this type of situation happen again. She explained that 100% of the $115 appointment cost goes to the massage therapist and as a result they have a strict no show policy so that the therapist always get paid. She did offer to refund 50% but I declined because I don’t want the therapist to be out the money. I appreciate that they reached out and I will be sure to carefully read through my emails the next time I request an appointment.I go to Leela for the occasional massage because I appreciate the online booking system and the availability of appointments at the last minute. The service has been excellent and the massage therapists have been lovely. Then I had the following experience and it left a bad taste in my mouth.The short story is I missed an appointment and was charged the full cost of a 60-minute massage ($115) because I missed an email and thought my appointment request had not been approved.The full story: I mistakenly requested two overlapping appointments for the following day. I immediately called to cancel one of the two requests and the receptionist took care of it for me. I later received an email that my request was not approved and, though I thought it was strange after speaking to the receptionist, I figured that the therapist wasn’t able to make it for some reason after all.In the morning, I get a call that I am missing my appointment. I go back through my emails and I realize that there were two emails sent at the same time - one for the cancelled request saying my request was not approved, and one confirming an appointment. I phoned them right back and apologized profusely, explaining that I had missed the second email. I’m told that I will be charged the full price of the appointment.I recognize that this was my mistake, but in the end I was left feeling embarrassed that I had made such a silly mistake and I was charged for it as well so I felt even worse. I’ve never missed an appointment before. This business had the opportunity to show some understanding and charge no fee or even a partial fee, which would have increased my confidence in their business practices and kept me coming back. On the bright side I have found a new place that is a lot more affordable so I guess it worked out.

I had a relaxation massage Yesterday with Eleanore and it was amazing. Best one I've ever had. First time having it in Calgary and surely I will not try anywhere else. Whenever I need it, this is the right place to go. It was a couple session for me and my wife (Sarah was her RMT) and she shares the exactly same opinion. We hope to be back soon.

I’ve been coming here for several years. I think since 2017/2018. I used to come see one specific RMT, but have since seen several ladies here and I’ve never had a negative experience. Such good vibes from the moment you walk in the doors, to when you leave. I’ve tried two other massage places and have been let down both times. I’d highly recommend Leela to anyone and will always be coming here for all my massage needs.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have had prenatal massages at several places and this one was extremely mediocre. There are were also a few things that have been different from other places where I've gotten massages:1. The massage time (60 minutes) starts from the time the massage therapist comes to get you from the waiting room, meaning that if you change and she takes a bit of time to come back in, it's cut from your massage appointment. That's never been the case at other places I've been to.2. You could hear a lot of noise in the hallway and surroundings during the massage (people talking really loudly, laughing...)In general, I would provide 3 stars because the place itself is nice, clean and the staff are certainly very friendly and professional; I just didn't really enjoy the overall experience.

Visited for the first time a few days ago. My experience here was amazing! Michelle was my therapist and she’s just… perfection. I suffered from shoulder and neck pain for a long time (more than a year) and had to spend a lot of money on different treatments. Her massage was deep and painful in a good way, I just knew it was doing something good. I’ve never felt so light for years!!!! My entire body especially my neck and shoulders’ tensions were gone immediately. I was in such a big relief I almost cried after. She’s very sweet and professional. I would definitely come back and recommend to others :) THANK U!!
