Dragon has been utilizing the services of Teknologi One for the last 3 years. The experience overall has been above expectations. The team at Tek1 constantly go above and beyond to ensure our systems are running as expected and are quick to respond to any and all issues and system outages. The maintenance package is quite comprehensive and the team has worked directly with us to provide the services we need as an individual small business.
