terrible experience. They just put water in the decaff powder. If you order large, they just add more water in it. It tastes like water. Avoid going there. I have never seen another Tim Hortons like this.

Always a busy place washroom has a long line up and a walking distance to Rogers Centre, HTO Park, & Harbourfront. Staff are fast in taking order however there is a wait for some orders due to busy place. There is no drive thru facilities and no free parking.

Always seems short on staff which is partially why service is so slow both on taking and making orders. Often stock seems to simply not be in stock.

Thank you to the Tim Hortons employee who tricked me into selling me hot water as coffee. I have a bad stomach, I hope you're happy. I'm giving you 5 stars for your performance, but 2 stars for this establishment.

Tim Hortons need no introduction I believe. It’s a famous Canadian chain for Coffee and Breakfast items. I tried their Hot Chocolate, Veggie Sandwich and Holiday Special Reindeer Donut from this outlet. The hot chocolate was good and loved the holiday special container. The sandwich had cheese and tomato. The taste was average. The donut was pathetic. It felt it was very dry and didn’t taste good at all. So, overall had a very average experience.

Pretty busy due to the location being right at Harbourfront. There was hair in my sandwich after taking two bites, so the staff gave me a new one fortunately. However, the layout of the store and the pickup area makes it really inconvenient for store traffic to go through.
