Non-emergency service request and I got connected with a tech within an hour. Alon was friendly and professional and did a great job. He rekeyed several locks, installed a new one, and fixed a couple of sticking ones just to be helpful.

Excellent service. My lock suddenly stopped working and we were locked out in the freezing cold. Mark was over within 20 mins, had everything fixed and better than before, and has fair prices. Hopefully, he's available when you need a locksmith.

Alex was an absolute delight and I’m so glad I found him. From my initial call, he put me at ease and was very clear in terms of my enquiry and how he could help. He arrived on time and patiently explained my options, helping me choose the correct lock replacement. He was extremely helpful in terms of security advice and very transparent with his costs. I was confident there were no hidden extras. Overall he made the whole experience pleasant at a time when trusting someone can be difficult. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone. An honest and knowledgeable guy who I will definitely be using again.
