Terrible place! Very rude people and awful costumer service. I usually don’t post reviews but this place is extremely awful!

Had an amazing experience today. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The manager, Amanda was able to guide me to all the places I needed to go to get all the summer clothing for my 4 yr old. The store was super clean and everything folded nicely and neatly! Incredible service and selection! Highly recommend this location!!!

Super slow cashiers . Waited more than half an hour even tough there was only 2 person ahead of us. Need to hire more staff and cashiers . 2 customers behind me just dropped the cloths they were buying and walked away. Who has this much of time to stand in lines. They need big improvement else they will be out of business. That was my last time I visited this place.

I have to give 1 star cause if not I’m not able to write a review, this store is the worst store I’ve ever been, the managers are very rude, the customer service is not the best at all, very bad manners, they give hard time to the customer when buying thing and when you are gonna return as well in my opinion. Never ever I will visit this store again.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Wouldn't honor online pricing but Sherway location does. After speaking to associate she confirmed with a manager that if I brought in proof receipt they'd match it. Drove back wasted gas and cashier was helping me when a lady with black curly hair asked her in a confrontational voice what are you doing repeatedly. Ran over to stop sale. Refused and was rude. I thought I'd give this store one last chance as I've had a handful of bad customer service but I will never shop here again. I suggest going to any other Children's Place avoid this location at all costs.

Today I was very taken back by the service I had received at the vaughan mills location. I recently had a baby girl and I was lucky enough to receive some clothes from loved ones, unfortunately not everything fit so naturally I went back to exchange the items. Because I had no gift receipt, the managers would let me exchange the clothes for anything except the exact same item but in a different size, unfortunately they didn't have my child size in some of the items so I asked the manager what I do now and she said nothing".. she said there was nothing else they could do and to give it away. I asked for an exchange for the same price but a different item and she said no (which by the way Carters does!).During these trying time you would think people would have some compassion but no! So now I'm down clothes for my two month old baby bc they couldn't do an exchange? I'm disappointed

November 2021 2.5★Children's clothing and accessories are sold here. Up to about 10 years old and by that time you'll find that the styles are a bit too childish.The store moved from a larger footprint to a significantly smaller footprint store. It is super packed and with store capacity limits of 100 persons, it honestly doesn't make any sense given how tight the aisles were. In certain aisles, you can't pass anyone and need to back track. Unless this is convenient, I'd personally choose another store location.

This place is TERRIBLE. I ordered online and it came it DAMAGED. I went to return with the receipt and she called the manager and she completely disregarded that it came in damaged and made me look like a liar and humiliated me and did not return it. The manager is TERRIBLE. She was refusing to give me her name because she knows what she did was wrong and she was at fault, she also complained that shipping was 2-5 days but i had free shipping so i got 10 business days and she made me look even more like a liar

Bought 1 pair shoes for my daughter. She is 5 years. Due to Covid situation we don’t bring kids in mall. Unfortunately that shoe doesn’t fit on her feet. It’s bit small. We wanted to try on her feet that’s why we took off the level. But after putting shoes she felt so uncomfortable. So we decided to change it and get another pair in bigger size. We went to mall for changing it. We live in Scarborough and we drove through Vaughan because we wanted to change that shoe. But the store manager behaved to badly. She doesn’t accept that we didn’t use this shoe. She kept saying it’s used because there is no tag. She should understand with tag kids can’t walk to check does it fit properly or not. It’s really insulting. I’m looking forward to the management level that please resolve this issue. Otherwise I have to write official complain notice

Just went to children’s place. T shirts 6.99 on the table and I scanned at price check. Went to checkout - manager said that one t shirt pile is from the bottom shelf so it’s going to be more. I said no it’s not - she went and checked and couldn’t find them. I showed her the top table. She says oh those are also part of the bottom table not on sale it’s pretty obvious. No it’s not obvious? How would I know that? I don’t work there!! Terrible. I accidentally stepped on her foot walking back to the register and no I didn’t apologize. Maybe if the store was clear and wasn’t in violation of AODA I wouldn’t be stepping on your foot lady. No space to even move in there!!! Never shopping at children’s place Vaughan mills again. D
