I’ve taken a few of their workshops and they’re great (tote bag, belt, cardholder, backpack). Anna was the instructor for most of them, patient, encouraging, and paced the class really well. It was a delight to learn from Anna! Shane was the instructor for my first two classes, and he was awesome too with the ability to explain technical skills simply. Both have great playlists going, and have the ability to inspire others.Retail-wise, the store and classes don’t pressure you to buy from them, and offer helpful tips and tricks on how to extend the life of your existing tools - I use everything in my tool kit and I have a dream list of items I hope to purchase from them one day when I get better at making things/pursue further.The store itself is very well stocked, and smells amazing. It’s like walking through your favourite bookstore - but for leather goods.

I had and amazing experience at the store. Andrea was super helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole process of how to make a leather garment. Can’t be happier with a customer service!

This place seems to have everything. It’s beautifully organized and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pricing seems very decent and quality items. I hope to sign up for one of their classes one day.

Excellent, helpful staff that were accommodating up to the last minute they were open! Great selection of hand tools and leather - I could easily have spent hours in the store, and probably will during my next visit! Next time I'm in town I won't hesitate to stop in and buy as much as I can carry out. Thanks everyone!

I love this place! They have so many options & selections. I took off a star because I have experienced multiple times where the staff are not paying attention or slightly crass. As almost all of us past the age of 30 have worked within customer service, I have an understanding for it and have left feeling not taken care of as a customer more than once.
