Sign is open, supose to be open till 10 pm! Drive thru also not open! It's not even 9 pm, doors are locked. No one inside. This has happened so many times. Never coming back here again! Worst subway in town

One of the worst I’ve ever seen. All the veggies looked awful, same gloves used to grab meat and vegetables back and forth, bad custom yer service and overall a truly negative experience for a chain restaurant.

Staff is very rude. I went there on time and opened sign was on, a lady was working and she closed the sign after seeing me and without saying anything. After that, I went to drive-way and then she was showing attitude. This has been happened two times with same lady. Staff needs to fix their attitude.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I go through the drive-through order my sub and even leave a nice tip! then when I get home all the way back in lake country, It's the complete wrong sub! I call them and they said the only way I can get reimbursed is if I drive back tokelowna and return the sub! Do you think i'm driving back to kelownafrom lake country, in rush hour to return a sub? Thanks for nothing! Guess you made my dog happy! I will never be back to your location. None of my friends will be back either! Multi billion dollar company and can't even give me a credit for the next time I come through kelowna? Pure greed! I hope you go out of business and get shut down! I will never tip fast food again! All I wanted is a reinbursement for the next time I came through kelowna!

Do not go to this subway. They take forever in the drive through, can’t remember simple orders. I ordered a sub with pickles and lettuce, TWO veggies and they still managed to give me the wrong items. Their chicken is disgusting. Eat anywhere else but this location.

I went to order food, I see the guy just chatting out side with his pals, while the open sign is on, 9 pm, while the google hours show they are open till 10 pm. Either change your time , or stop screwing with people’s time. Nobody has the time drive toYour store just to be turned away. Very disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, would leave a zero if possible. This place is absolutely horrible. I came here on multiple occasions well before closing and they already have the food veggies cleared off saying “we are closing early.” As well, the hours online and temporary hours are all incorrect. Please fix your hours online and on your door if you are closing at 8pm regularly.

I have been living close to here for the last 10 years. This could possibly be the worst subway in Canada. That said, I created a relationship with 2 specific employees and would tip 5-10$ every time I went just to get remembered and actually stand a chance at a decent sub being made. This tactic didn’t last long. This place is filthy, cross contamination everywhere, veggies are gross, often previously frozen and trays are added too for weeks, never cleaned. Staff doesn’t care. Regional manager and I have spoken multiple times, I’ve filed honest reviews to their customer service in hopes they will actually care. Documented with photos. They don’t. No one does. And it shows. Make the drive to the Rutland road location. Night and day. Just look at the photos on here and read the reviews. This is sad. Subway. What the heck is wrong with you and your lack of control over your franchise owners?? Made fresh is your motto. Sad to write this. It doesn’t need to be so difficult.
