I have been working at Chartwell Guildwood for 18months now. And honestly, my heart goes with our residents, my colleagues and the management.We have amazing residents that I never imagined caring them like my own grandparents and felt that they love me as their own grandchild in return. They are appreciative in every care they receive that motivates me to do my job better. I also have an awesome colleagues at the Health and Wellness Department that are well-equipped with knowledge and experience in giving quality care to everyone. Lastly, we have a management who are professional in handling situations and I salute them on how they inspire and lead their people.For healthcare workers/international educated nurses like me, I strongly recommend Chartwell Guildwood to be part of your Canadian healthcare experience!

The retirement living experience at Chartwell Guildwood is awesome. Its flexible care and support coupled with its beautiful design and architecture, make it the desired choice by seniors.Their Retirement Living Consultants, Dianne, and Kelly are warm, friendly, and passionate.

From the day my mom moved into Chartwell Guildwood she has felt welcome and at home by all team members and residents.The whole team, from cleaning staff, servers, cleaners, front desk reps, nurses, PSWs, etc all have been awesome and the care has been excellent.We were so glad my mom decided to choose living at Chartwell Guildwood. Her suite (a one bedroom) was perfect for her, very bright and cozy.All have been very supportive to our family also.Thank you go all !!

I want to commend two extraordinary individuals that work at Chartwell in Guildwood: Noor Baloch and Kevin Paton! Noor has been so helpful to my Mother and I. Whenever we have a query or a request she helps us and does so with a smile! She's the best! And Kevin (who manages Chartwell) is so positive and wonderful! He has such a positive energy and treats everyone with dignity and respect. He always makes time to help out.Noor and Kevin are two of my favourite people! Thanks for being so genuine and helpful!
