I have lived in many different apartments, this one is by far the cleanest and safest I've been in. The staff treat everyone kindly and enjoy working here. The halls and stairs are always clean and even during the weekends the staff have came by to clear the walk ways and stairs.

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years now. I am pleasantly surprised at how well the building and the grounds are taken care of. I was quite impressed when I first moved in at how clean and neat things are kept in the building.(especially the laundry room) The staff members are always friendly and very helpful,and always willing to help you if needed. Always a smile and good morning or a hello when the staff meet you on the grounds or hallways. Maintenance issues are taken care of in an extremely prompt manner (usually same day). Mind you these issues have been minor- but its nice to have your concerns addressed in a very prompt manner. Over all I am very happy to say this is my home.

It has taken a year to have a leak fixed...I've lived here for two years. Do not recommend... unfortunately, as when I first moved in, it was great...such is life i suppose....

We just moved in to 57 Bridge Street West and we couldn't be happier! Our apartment and the building as a whole is very clean and apparently well maintained. Nicole, our Customer Care Coordinator, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with ... what a sweetheart! After viewing many rental units in the area, 57 Bridge St. West was the only one we could see ourselves calling home.

I have lived here for almost a year and love it. The building is maintained, the people are friendly! It's right in the middle of everything, walking distance to alot of things! The management is easy to get a hold of and will assist you in anything you may need.

hi i am looking for info if anyone live there. is it a clean building? is there mouse and cockroach? is it safe environment for small kids? is the care taker friendly and responsible?

Live here, not bad and clean building. A little difficult sometimes to have them come fix things. But definitely no wheelchair access and no elevator either, 4 floors and stairs only. I myself are looking else where. The company that bought the building is the same owner as Haig Rd. Apts. It's starting to slack on a few things. Like I said, repairs.
