the blonde lady that works behind the counter is very rude and should be fired, me and my friends go there almost every week and she always makes rude comments and get annoyed over the littlest things even when I just ask her to split the payment. She should not be able to work there.

Extremely poor customer service skills. The employee of the store this morning was very insulting and demeaning towards myself in front of other customers. I attempted to put air in my tires at their air pump. The air pressure gage was not working . I went into the store to tell the employee and ask for a refund. The employee was extremely rude and insulting to me and implied that I was a liar. He told me that I was stupid and that I needed to shut up and listen to him.I have never been treated so poorly in an establishment. I also own my own business and if I treated customers they way this employee treated me. I would have no customers. This behavior of this employee was not exceptable by any means.

This place is absolutely terrible. Never go here Tammy is an absolute miserable lady who is incredibly rude. She discriminates against students and tell us we don’t know math. She starts rushing us and calling us names if we’re paying with change. She is a terrible human being and needs to be taught social skills and human decency!

The woman who works the counter is nothing but rude and condescending to teens. My friends and I went to this Shell and we accidentally payed a dollar more for an item and the woman said pay more attention in math class". I've been going to this shell for about a year now and I've always had a bad interaction with this woman. Please teach her to treat young people with kindness."

This is the worst gas station I’ve ever been to, first of all the lady that works there has no respect towards customers screaming at people and telling them to pay attention in math class and screaming at me just because I wanted another straw, this is just outrageous. This lady should be fired and taught some manners.

This is the worst gas station in the world! The customer service suck, because employee name is Tammy, who has no respect to any people! Who throws stuff at the customer and scares them to call someone!!!! Who are you gonna call? LolLong story short…. Don’t use this gas station! This is my second time visiting this gas station, first time I thought I was wrong but no… she is aggressive and doesn’t know how to behave her self!Conclusion, Tammy is disrespectful employee!I wish there was option to give negative 5 starts

I ordered uber eats from here and they removed almost every item from my order except literally one soda without any notice, I wasnt able to cancel or substitute. It charged me extra for having a small order so I paid almost 10 dollars for one mountain dew and this isnt the first time this has happened. Everywhere else I've never had this problem and both times it's happened here I get no response from the owner

Very VERY POOR customer service. I've stopped by to fill gas and around 2 40 pm kids come in to get slushies. The male and female attendants are pretty rude to the kids that stop by. If you do not like them using the machine, maybe stop offering it. I understand sometimes kids are a pain, but either don't sell the slushies or if you are taking their money treat them as humans.

The worst gas station experience we’ve ever had we literally had to call cops on them because the guy working there was being racist and rude also the lady who claims to be manager there didn’t accept my id (which was a legal indian passport) saying that she doesn’t know what this is and asked others who work there not to serve us.

VERY dissapointed. Usually Mani is nice and friendly as long as you don't a little complicated questions.One time cause of the cold, my gas tank kept overflowing and it wasnt filling. This was the first time it happened to me, so I go inside and explain to Mani the situation hoping he would have answers. Rather than saying I DONT KNOW he responded pretty rudely as in its my fault. I even asked him to come and check what the problem is.I hope you read this MANI. Just say I DONT KNOW if you dont know what the customer is talking about.
