Car interior is still dirty, outside had dirt around the bottom of the car had to ask for that to be cleaned. Awful job for $21. Very disappointing!

I have been coming to Buff's since I can't remember when and never been disappointed. This time around (12/29) it was bad. The back of my van did not get vacuumed and when I got into the driver's seat there was something sticky on my window that was not there when I got out.

At the end of the line, after getting the car vacuumed and washed, the person doing the finishing touches asked me if I'd paid for the interior to be cleaned, when I replied Yes, she said, well it's not been cleaned good enough and I would like you to drive your car back around there and I'm having them do it AGAIN! Which I did, and they finished the job, with apologies and made it look really good. Thanks for being concerned for how the finished product looked! Good job!!

First I want to say I TRIED CALLING the location for 2 days before posting this NO ANSWER AND VM FULL..As you can see from pic they PUT all my stuff from around the car on my passenger's seat. but not what they wanted.. NOT THAT I MEANT TO BUT I dropped MY MEDICAL Marijuana & Edibles as I was getting out of my car and they got taken from my car. THEY Only Vacuumed the inside didn't wipe NOTHING.so a 21$ VACUUM AND SPRAY DOWN OF MY CAR ENDED UP COSTING ME well over a 100$.

Best place to go to get a wash. Not only its only $21 for fast friendly full service including vacuum and wipe down interior, clean floor mats. Also they guarantee the works wash, go back in within 3 days get a free basic wash. Give them keys and they take care of the rest.

Unprofessional. Took my car in for a wash, which isn't cheap, and the front was still dirty. I mentioned it to the girl who was drying and she rolled her eyes at me. I couldn't believe it. I asked for it to be cleaned, like I paid for, and the owner yelled at me. I'm dumbfounded how somebody can run a business like this. I'll never go back and discourage anyone else from giving them their hard earned money.
