No one caused me discomfort! The hygienist was careful, gentle and kind. The dentist treated me in exactly the same manner and let's not forget the front desk, where each person is genuinely welcomed with a friendly smile!!Happy MARIE

After not being to a dentist for a good long while I was amazed at the level of friendliness and professionalism of the the staff. From my first greeting to my conclusion of my appointment everyone was on point, the front desk staff amazing!What makes this not a 5 star review is the patient to technician and Doctor interaction I like to speak face to face and I found that the set up of the exam rooms made it very inefficient to have a face to face conversation without either cranking my neck and body left or right left me feeling like what going on behind me. Besides all that I would highly recommend, the level of service and knowledge to ease patients (Myself) concerns is top notch.

I left my prior Dentist after 30 years because I moved to Georgetown, so this office had a very high standard to meet after all that history. I am thrilled to say they have exceeded my high expectations! Every single person I have dealt with has been very professional and phenomenal to deal with. I truly feel like they appreciate me as a patient, which you don’t always get as a customer everywhere these days. Highest recommendation to become a new patient in their brand new office!

Hands down, the best dental experience we’ve had. My daughter had an accident at school needing an emergency appointment - they got us in as first time patients, were incredibly friendly and helpful and the dentist made her feel so! comfortable. It’s not always easy finding joyful moments through a tough situation but this team made it so seamless and took all the extra stress out of it for us to make that possible. Thank you for everything yesterday! You’ve earned our business!

Since we changed our dentist, we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention that this place offers! It’s like before we even get our questions formulated, they are already looking into the answers! I used to always say, there are dentists on every corner, but this place is the exception! My whole family and I have been going here for years! The whole team is absolutely fantastic. Erin at the front desk is an absolute gem and has made sure that my family gets the care that we need!I was super excited to see them in their new location today! It is absolutely beautiful and they definitely deserved the upgrade :)I would honestly never go anywhere other than Downtown Georgetown dental! Even if we moved, I would drive hours to come here over another office.
