It is always a struggle to rate fast food. I try to avoid them as much as possible, I'm already overweight and really should not be eating hamburgers. But my wife and I were interested by the new A&W veggie burger. Since we had a coupon and we're going out anyway we decided to try a little scientific comparison.We got 1 each of a mama burger, a veggie burger, fries and onion rings. We both had Root Beer to drink.Despite their irritating ads, I still think they have the best Root beer and the teen burger is still the best generic style burger you can get. But we wanted to compare apples to apples, so we figured the Mama burger was the closest in size, condiments and general content. We split every thing and compared the two burgers for taste, mouth feel, consistency, looks and general effect. I must say that I am pleasantly impressed. The burger lives up to its hype. It was different in the side by side with a meat patty but not oh it's a veggie"

Very disappointed with the Team. We were 2 separate Parties in the Restaurant at 10:50am. We had to wait due to the slower service to Order. Our first Party ordered first which was at 11am due to the wait, and after discussing with the Kitchen processed their Order. When we Ordered at 11:02am again due to no fault of our own, but the wait due to Staffing, our Order was not processed as the Kitchen Team said they already heated up the grill. Why would they do that when they were processing our first Parties Order, and ours was supposed to follow next? We have been regular Customers in the past, but no more!

Great experience here! The food came out quick and tasted awesome!There was an unsavory customer harassing the staff about using a coupon in a way it wasn't intended and they handled it with professionalism and grace, I was really impressed! Top tier team working here, keep up the great work!

Went thru the drive thru half an hour ago. (Mon Feb 18 13:50). We ordered a double teen combo with onion rings, Beyond meat burger combo with cheese and onion rings and a baby cheese no seasoning with fries. Staff were fast and friendly. However... Drive away and get to our meal. The onion rings were old and not hot, fries were hot and good... The beyond burger I was surprised to find 2 strips of bacon on it, they serve veggie bacon now? Hmm.... No I dont think so. Appears the double teen was missing its bacon. Good thing I'm not allergic to meat and was just trying the beyond burger out or else my lunch would have been seriously ruined. Go to Give the picky toddler her cheeseburger... No cheese. Bummer.Service with a smile, to bad the cook was off their game this afternoon. $36 meal, you'd expect it to be Hot, fresh and made correctly.

Typical A&W restaurant. Good for pick-up or a quick sit down meal. Service was good. Although clerk was somewhat shy. Food was really good though. Tasty and hot. Cost more than I thought it should though (burgers, fries, drinks for 2 almost $30).

The Beyond meat burger taste like real meat burger. But if you check the nutritional value of this Beyond meat burger it's highly processed and high in saturated fat. Sometimes you're better off eating the real meat burger.

Just went through the Drive Thru On Waverley and was looking forward to enjoying a Teen Burger and Onion Rings when we got Home. Big Disappointment . The burger was undercooked (raw in the middle) and the coating on the onion rings fell off & were also undercooked. Will Never Buy from this establishment again!

Gave wrong items on order. They blamed me even with the receipt clearly stating what was ordered. Then they blamed skip the dish, they did not say sorry to me. Told me to get skip to refund me (skip did not refund as its not their error). They were ok with low score rather than correct the mistake. Was not able to speak with a manager.
