Received a letter regarding appointment, called them 18 times, no answering, left messages 8 times, on time of appointment walked in for my 67 years old mother, said appointment was canceled. I have booked through family doctor still, cancelled. How terrible this doctor is.

Dr Whitehead replaced my left hip. No one could have done a better job. After surgery I had an issue that she dealt with very quickly. She was pleasant and available when I needed her. Thank your god for Doctors like her.

Dr Whitehead replaced my left knee in September 2022. Her office personnel were responsive and efficient. The doctor answered all of my questions with all of the details that I needed. Follow up has been good but I had no problems. She has always been on time for appointments. I don’t feel rushed but am glad to get in and out expeditiously.
