My invoice said all included and, one day before delivery, the owner called asking for 100$ more in cash in order to install. He delivered the mirror at home, asked my son for the 100$ for the delivery (even though the invoice stated the delivery was included), and said he would be back shortly to install it, and he never did.Update : There was a misunderstanding with the employee there who was new. He made a mistake on the cost of delivery, and also misrepresented the inclusion of the installation. After discussion with the owner, he settled the matter and promptly refunded the amount that was billed to me by mistake. He took care to settle everything in a very short time, which was truly appreciated. I do love my gorgeous mirror.

We visited this store yesterday and received amazing service. The mirrors are beautiful and they have a wonderful selection but the service was what stood out the most. Knowledgable, polite and friendly - not what is found in most stores today. We bought a fairly heavy mirror and they carried it down the block to our car. I highly recommend this store!
