DO NOT HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT SERVICEd BY THESE PEOPLEI had brought in a 30 yr old chain saw in that had sat for 5 years. My experience told me that the carburetor was fouled with old gas. I told them to clean the carb and call before doing anything else.11 weeks later I picked it up with a bill of $300.Everything that could be done was done. Springs, filters, tubing, pull cord, spark plug even the chain was sharpened. I could have bought a new saw for that! I didn't say anything and just paid and left. When I got home I checked the invoice and my initial instructions were clearly written at the top.On my second tankful of gas the saw started to hesitate and lose power.I brought it back and a piece of dirt was found inside the card. (the tech showed it to me)Back at home again, on my 3rd tank of gas the problem started again. I brought it back and this time the carb was put in the ultra sonic cleaner, maybe this should have been the first time.The tech wanted me to pay this time and I refused. He said it was due to the type of gas I was using. I was using the brand and octane level even the station that he recommended. I don't see how the piece of dirt he found can be blamed on the gas. He also said he could not test the saw after the 3rd repair unless I paid for a chain sharpening.If you used this service center for repairs you will be taken for every dollar they can squeeze out of you.Oh BTW I was banned from ever setting foot in the doorway again

Very friendly couple and very informative. Accommodating to your hours if need be. Great & honest customer service. Never had a bad experience here in the slightest. Simply put, good people with a good service. The area is lucky to have a shop such as this around. Would recommend.

Was like stepping back in time. Personal service at a Mom and Pop owned business. Take their time and make sure its done right. Just don't be in a rush when you go in there, because they're always up for a visit and a chat.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this shop so far and would highly recommend it! My husband and I moved from an apartment recently to a home that requires us to have tools that we have little experience operating. Each time I've visited, which has been to have both equipment serviced and to purchase supplies, the owners have helped beyond my expectations. They have given me advice without charge and when necessary, charged a very fair rate. Their advice has panned out each time and they have patiently answered all of my questions in a way that's easy for me to understand given my lack of experience. It pays to stay local and support businesses like these with such friendly and supportive shop owners!

I paid more to fix my rottertiller than it cost for a new one and didn't find out till after. Asked for an estimate but got a bill instead. Will never deal with them again.

My husband is very pleased with this business. A lot of businesses could take a lesson from these folks; they are honest, pleasant and willing to help with whatever question you have. Owners are in the store and care about good customer service. We have found prices to be reasonable whenever we have shopped at Watts Small Engines. Mrs. Watts gives a hand written bill; what a special touch in this modern world!
