Envision Family Eyecare Dr. Anjali Kapoor

I visited for the first time this week for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. Very pleasant experience from start to finish, and I felt completely at ease with all of their COVID-related safety protocols. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience at Envision Family Eyecare, Dr.Kapoor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful with all my eyecare needs! I would highly recommend Envision Family Eyecare to anyone!

I met Dr. Kapoor for the first time today for an eye checkup. The whole experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the front door and spoke with Victoria to meeting Anjali. Both were very professional and easy to talk with. Dr. Kapoor answered all of my questions regarding my eyesight and how eyes change with age. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire eye exam. I highly recommend Dr. Kapoor and her office staff. Thank you ladies. A fine job! Keep up the great work. Say hello to Josh for me.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kapoor for 6 years. My friend, who was Dr. Kapoor’s patient while she practiced in Hamilton, recommended her to me. Dr. Kapoor then transferred to Burlington & now practices in St. Catharines. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and works hard to maintain a good relationship with her patients.Needless to say, my family and I are very pleased with her work & have followed Dr. Kapoor on her journey around the GTA/Niagara region. She is very approachable and takes the time to listen to her patients before making recommendations.I met Victoria when Dr. Kapoor moved her practice to St. Catharines. Victoria, much like Dr. Kapoor is very knowledgeable. She is very friendly & organized. Victoria is very quick to pick up the phone when I call the office and her organizational skills always ensure that my family and I receive prompt service with no wait time.Overall, I highly recommend Envision Family Eyecare. Dr. Anjali Kapoor & Victoria have been a pleasure to deal with and I am very pleased with their service standards.

I brought my 9 month old in with my concerns and had an amazing experience. The dr and receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. The dr was amazing with my little man and you can clearly tell that she has a great amount of compassion. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very relieved about my concerns and still offered to follow up at a later date. Highly recommended for anyone with children!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have tried for two weeks to contact this optometrist for an appointment. I emailed and got a reply of an out of office returning December 29,2021. I then called multiple times from clicking the phone number on their web page and receiving voicemail that is full for the eye centre OR a voicemail saying it’s “Alicia McLean. Leave a voicemail”. It is the same exact number I call each time by clicking either google phone number or their website phone number.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kapoor last night. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met!! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel rushed during the appointment and felt she was very thorough. I had no intention on buying glasses, but changed my mind at the end of the appointment as I clearly needed a pair. Dr. Kapoor and her wonderful receptionist took their time with me choosing frames and were honest about how they looked on my face. I did not feel that they were trying to sell me the most expensive pair in the shop. I was given many options for frames and lenses with no pressure whatsoever. I cannot wait to get my new glasses!!!

I will never recommend this place! First of all I bought glasses there, they had become loose shortly after I got them. Had them tightened again. Once again couldn't even wear them! I wasn't even given an option to return them, instead I'm now having to wear my old ones. Then I have extremely dry eyes. Was given a prescription. Went through the bottle, went to the drug store to get another one.. It was discontinued, my pharmacy has been trying for months to fax them and get another kind that they said had replaced it. But no response at all!! My eyes have been so awful and had to deal With it because of someone there not replying to the drugstore!!, I'm so dissatisfied!! Will not be going back there again!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kapoor. She has been my Optometrist for years. She is extremely knowledgeable and addresses all my concerns at every appointment. She is kind, considerate and polite. It is hard for me to book appointments Monday-Friday, as I have as busy work schedule. However, she is also available Saturdays and that works great for me. I appreciate that she has flexible hours to accommodate patients like me. There is no wait time and her appointment time is very accurate. I also love her selection of glasses. There is a large variety and the prices are reasonable.My first point of contact is Victoria. I call Victoria to schedule an appointment. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with her! She is quick to answer my call, schedule the appointment and answer any questions I may have. It is great to see her greet me with a smile every time I walk into the practice. She is always happy, polite and helpful.I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kapoor and Victoria. They work very well together and I look forward seeing them every year.

Fantastic exam. Dr. Kapoor is friendly, helpful, and efficient. What a great experience, she even helped me pick a new pair of glasses and discussed options with my old pair.Will definitely be going back for my eye exams and new glasses.Thank you Dr. Kapoor!
