Amazing staff, very friendly service and out of this world protein shakes! I highly recommend the Peanut Butter and Cookies and Cream Smoothie! Delicious and healthy! Will definitely be coming back for more!

Absolutely love Better Body! I love their juices, and smoothies, my favourites would have to be the PB Fantasy, Skin deep juice and The Digestive juice! Everything is really delicious and super high quality. Highly recommend! 10/10 :)

Would not recommend this place… the juice I purchased had a best before sticker that said February 2023 and when I peeled the sticker off there was the original best before date that said it was expired. I just purchased a $11 juice that was expired, if they are doing that I can’t imagine what other things that do that are not up to food and safely regulations. Do not go here, I will never support this business.

I’ve been coming to Better Body Cafe since it’s opened! Great customer service and great smoothies and cold pressed juices!One of my favourite thus far is the strawberry sunshine and the remedy juice!!! A great place in Abbotsford
