Entièrement d'accord avec plusieurs commentaires négatifs ici-bas. Mauvais services depuis que le fondateur est décédé et que son entreprise a été remis à ses successeurs dont Luc qui offre un service des plus exécrables. Cavalier, impoli, non collaborateur, aucun service à la clientèle. nous voulions aussi récupérer une copie de facture et monsieur nous chargeait 50$ pour ressortir une facture. Lorsque nous lui avons évoqué que nous allions porter plainte, il nous a raccroché la ligne au nez. Le discours qu'ils ont c'est que la compagnie a été vendu mais en fait ils n'ont vendu que les voyages d'huile et de mazout et continuent d'opérer pour d'autres services. Donc depuis, ils oublient les clients qui ont apporter du pain et du beurre sur leur table depuis nombre d'années et ce au bon service du fondateur, leur père. Malheureusement sa mémoire est bafouée par le service désagréable et exécrable de Luc (son fils) qui semble n'avoir aucun intérêt à maintenir le bon service du fondateur. Vous remarquerez que les commentaires étaient beaucoup plus élogieux avant que maintenant. Je vous invite à faire affaire avec une autre entreprise que les Huiles Bertrand peu importe les services qu'ils vous offriront et encore plus si vous devez faire affaire éventuellement avec Luc le nouveau propriétaire majoritaire. Si jamais vous avez une problématique et que vous devez faire affaire avec lui, vous risquez fortement de l'apprendre à vos dépends.

First time I ordered from this company everything was fine. They came and the service was good. The second driver was horrible !!! Extremely rude, 0 class. We turned him away , refused to do his job. I would advise people to use Ultramar. Much better service

Great service! Great prices! Very courteous staff! They supplied me with oil when no one else could. I fully recommend this company! Will be getting my oil from them from now on.

Very rude person on the phone

Got a service call and yearly maintenance done on my furnace in the summer and paid. Fall time my furnace is not working and call them back and another service guy comes and says we have to change a part and I pay again and the next morning my furnace still not working.Never again will I deal with this company I dont recommend anyone to.

They are Fast, Sympathetic, Avg Rates, Staff are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The Drivers really go out of their way to help you us out as much as possible. Tank was bone dry and driver restarted the furnace and made sure the line was bled as well as no sediment passing through filter. Really impressed with speed and quality of service.

Incredible service, I was stuck in Ile Perrot with no oil because Léger Oil refused to fill my oil tank… Bertrand Oil came all the way from Laval the same day & during a super busy time of the year to fill and restart my system in -30C degrees . Honestly they were so kind and helpful, I highly recommend them!

I wish I knew about Bertrand 14 years ago. I have been dealing with Ultramar. They are OK until you need service on your furnace.Then it becomes a nightmare. Anyways after dealing with Ultramar for 14 years I decided to switch my system to electric heating. I called them to get a small 200 liter oil delivery to get me buy till my system was changed. They flat out refused. They would not deliver less than 450 L. I scrambled and after a few calls found Bertrand. They answered the phone right away. They agreed to deliver any amount I wanted. I got my oil the next day. The delivery driver was friendly. The man on the phone even offered advice with regards to system change over. They could not have been nicer. A far cry from Ultramar who would not assist a long time customer.

Polite on the phone, answered my questions and showed up on time.
