I took a week-long instructor course. The ENTIRE staff is friendly, delightful and wonderful to deal with. They made me feel welcome, they even popped in just to say hello and see how our class was doing. Obviously they love working for CFAT.My instructors were encouraging, knowledgeable and professional. They provided hands-on training with the perfect mix of instruction and feedback. Highly recommend!

Registered for the blended version of the Emergency First Aid & CPR C course. Registering process was very easy and I really enjoyed completing the online portion on my own time, at my own pace. The in-person portion was great as well. Yvonne is very knowledgeable and so passionate about her role, which made the experience even better. To be honest, her enthusiasm made me regret not doing the entire course in-person. Hopefully she'll still be there when I have to renew my certificate in 3 years! Also, if you're not a morning person (like myself), they have a coffee station that creates cappuccinos, hot chocolates, white hot chocolates and much more. This was definitely nice to have for such an early course.

I took a BLS course here and it exceeded my expectations. Easy sign up, great class availability. The instructor Precious was very friendly and welcoming which made the whole atmosphere even better. He was knowledgeable, very open to questions and very thorough in explaining. There is free hot drinks as well which is great if you’re doing an evening class! The training room itself was clean, spacious, and a good size. Very happy with my training here!

All of the participants that took part in the training session at Fred Douglas Place, were pleased with Paul's presentation and the information that was shared. It was very informative for all of us. Thank you.

This was a great first aid class. Victoria was super knowledgeable and humble. I feel confident practicing my skills with her and appreciated the care she put into teaching and connecting with the trainees. I took the remote first aid course and i did find it helpful but to me it seemed more like a practice filled regular first aid class than a remote one. Nothing to do with the instructors but just with the course agenda from management I assume

The ASIST training that was given to our group of 11 was an extremely positive experience. The trainers were knowledgeable and had a real rapport with each other and the group. We found it to be such a team bonding experience after working remotely and got a lot out of the two day training to take back to work. Would highly recommend.

The trainer I had was unprofessional and spent way too much time asking personal details from his participants and also sharing inappropriate jokes and his own stories which were irrelevant to the training. He took so long with nonsense topics that he actually had to give us all the answers to our test at end of day because of time he wasted talking about himself. Worst training I’ve ever had and would not recommend him to any staff at my work. CPR is a serious training not a chance to stand in front of people to work on your comedy skits.

Attended the EFA session yesterday with Rance and really enjoyed the training ! The teaching and then hands on format was great and helped to keep me engaged and definitely got the most out of it. Would definitely recommend.
