I would give 0 stars if I could for the rude experience I had. I tripped over an obstacle in the place and dropped my fries all over the floor and I went to ask for help and the Indian lady at the Counter refused to help. I accept that maybe I couldn’t get a compensated order (even though it’s generic customer service to do so) it was the tone on her that made me feel emotionally struck and enraged. Her saying ,”What am I meant to do, it’s not my fault or problem” this shows a complete lack of training in Customer Service and is outrageous, a fast food joint should be welcoming and friendly not so hostile and negative. It is clear that this worker has the complete wrong mindset and ethic to be a worker of the outstanding McDonalds and for the sake of your future customers and not sabotaging your business I strongly advise to terminate her with immediate effect and cut all relations, because this type of experience in such an esteemed place is unacceptable. It’s about standards and maintaining a high reputation.

Service was relatively slow as a walk-in customer. The staff definitely prioritized service at the drive through over and above those inside the restaurant. Their ice cream machine was in working order and the mango pineapple smoothie was as good as ever. Overall the atmosphere and decor was quite pleasant compared to other McDonald's restaurants; this one felt more like a modern cafe with multiple seating options.

Nevermind poor service, how about NO service? Can I at least get an explanation for this?Just had a ridiculous experience here. It's 3:30 a.m. and I went through the drive through. Nobody came to the speaker. I waited 5 minutes, gave a little honk. No response. I drove up to the window. All the computers were on, the lights were on, a pink waterbottle was near the window. I pulled out, drove back into the parking lot, and looked in the windows and made sure they were open. Still saw no one, but they were open. Drove through again, waited a few more minutes. Was there a minimum of ten minutes, because I know someone was there. But I didn't have all night so I left and went to A&W.Don't claim you're open 24/7 if your employees can't be bothered to monitor the drive through 24/7. A 5 minute bathroom break is understandable, but over 10 minutes? How ridiculous. Was there the morning of June 1st, at about 3:30 a.m. Whatever employee was there, they aren't doing their job and they are wasting people's time.

After increasing customer inconveniences..mostly due to politician’s green-virtue signaling (Eco Theater)..paying for bags, paper straws, wooden cutlery etc…I get that all that’s likely out of your control.There’s been many other reasons to stop going there…but your decision to no longer offer peanuts for sundaes (and no more strawberry sauce)…has now removed any remaining desire to ever again visit your drive thru.I guess we should be thankful your ice cream machine was actually working for what is our last visit. Take care.

This is, by far, the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, including in the ghettos of California. Lots of staff yet food quality, customer service and accuracy of orders is terrible. Washroom looks like downtown eastside skid row, urine all over floor, needles & junkies inside and outside, smells awful. Do not let bare skin come in contact with anything in this location. Not safe for seniors or women. Manager who I have never seen helping staff, likes to stand there doing nothing, obviously couldn’t care any less. I have seen her reset the order screen before customers are served to fudge the stats that go to McDonalds HQ.The exit from their worlds slowest drive thru is incredibly dangerous for pedestrians and should not have been approved by the city. Be very very careful leaving the drive thru!! You can’t see pedestrians until you’re literally driving over sidewalk. Remember to check your receipt, prices seem to change daily and have been overcharged numerous times. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down already. Today I feel sick after eating here, I would give this place zero stars if I could and won’t be back. So many other places to go to, why endure this deeply sub par dump?

Usually the food is in good condition when you get it, not missing something, not broken, bitten into, or squished. But this morning I ordered a breakfast burrito and it barely had anything in it, barely warm. I also ordered a chocolate doughnut… I look in the bag and someone had sat or stepped on it! It was squished at the bottom. Never before have I had this happen, don’t think I’ll be coming again soon to this location.P.S.Impatient staff, rude, can’t hear or take drive through orders (had to correct them), and rushed to go to the second window when still paying at the first window.
