Very dirty and unpleasant as it's close to SkyTrain and frequented by campers nearby.What's worse is that this washroom doesn't have a toilet seat (not vandalized -- it was never installed by design), so go elsewhere if you have a small kid or prefer not to sit directly on a toilet bowl.

There was a drunk man inside of the washroom, many bottles and needles on the floor, He was injecting something into his arm. Do not recommend.

There we're needles in my stall I almost stepped on, and it smelled like smoke.It was also very dirty and seemed like it had been cleaned a single time after it was opened.
