I really have to say a great experience with this office, all of the staff in the front and in the back. Dr. Moore was outstanding. I appreciated his professionalism and easy man to talk with he certainly made sure all bases were covered on my initial exam. I was able to get in and see them with a 2 day notice.The front desk staff were very professional, great to talk with, Dr. Moore's support staff in the back with him were easy to talk too and great at thier jobs.Thank you for making it less stessful for me. I actually look forward to my next appointment to get things started.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Dr.Chang did a molar extraction for me today and was amazing! He was gentle, and quick! Which is huge as I have bad TMJ. My last appointment with a different dentist office left me in alot of pain and in tears. Dr.Chang is seriously great at what he does! I'm not leaving in pain or tears and am so happy I came to this office! Thank-you so much for your kindness and patience! 5 stars for sure!

I was greeted warmly by the friendly and accommodating staff. Dr. Blake Moore professionalism and attention to detail impressed me. He listened attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently, ensuring my understanding of the proposed procedure was clear. Indeed a great person and dentist. Highly recommended.

I would very much recommend this clinic and this team. Dr Shammas is excellent, and takes the time to check in with her patients, and has a gentle touch. Jessica was lovely, answering all my questions, and not rushing me when she knew I was apprehensive. The front desk was excellent as well. Great communication style. The clinic itself is clean and modern. I am a new patient, and I feel confident that I have found a really good fit for myself with this office.

Dr. Moore is so friendly and explains everything in detail what needs to be done or what he is doing. He fixed an issue I had (that another Dr did years ago) but had always bothered me. He fixed it on the spot, I’m much happier now. Thank you! He does great work!

The best experience I have EVER had at a dental office. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, accommodating and professional. The receptionists, the dental assistant, the dentist (Dr Trca), the hygienist…..all top notch! Thank you so much for the respect and understanding you all showed me during my appointment.

I received excellent treatment and was able to get a same-day emergency appointment with Dr. Moore, who is an exceptional human being. He treated me with extreme care since I was pregnant, and I even received two follow-up calls to see how I was doing after the procedure. This clinic is the best in Red Deer, and I 100% recommend Dr. Moore as the best dentist.

My wife and I are both very pleased with Image Dental Care. We have been patients there for 2 years and appreciate the high quality services provided by our hygienist (same one for both of us) and our dentists (different). We are new to the area and have been impressed with our care at Image Dental! I do not hesitate to recommend.
