This is the new board from Ashton , because my AC system is still not working, then I find another company to check it , and he took the new board off ,It was broken already which I bought a new one from Ashton since Oct.2021,the red finger point showed was still burned out ,this valve is a over thousand , and it's broken when the person did the second time jobs , first time change the board and second time is broken , the person who from Ashton did a very poor job,and cost over a thousand for nothing changed.I emailed them yesterday, No one got back to me .

Ashton Plumbing is one of the best companies I have ever hired.Every aspect of my customer experience has been excellent with time and time again. A company that treats their customers right.My latest Tech was Patrick.He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional, yet down to Earth.Arrival was prompt and in the scheduled time!This is huge! A lot of OTHER companies are habitually late by hours outside their scheduled time, many give no updates or ETA's when not showing up (or never show up).Ashton Plumbing's customer service, as always, great communication; cheerful, clear and concise. Their customer service is a pleasure work with.

Our condo building had a plumbing inspection done by Ashton a few months ago and today the team was back to replace the Main water shut off for my unit. The team arrived on time in the morning and Ryan did most of the work for us. He was very patient and communicated well when I asked him some questions. After he finished his work, he cleaned the area nicely. I will recommend this company for their good service
