Yuriy was fast and professional. He quickly assessed the issue, offered solution options and was up front and accurate in quoting cost. He went beyond fixing the problem and did some additional preventative maintenance at no additional cost. He left the door in like-new condition and was friendly throughout. Eugene arrived right on scheduled time, explained clearly to me what had to be done to resolve my garage door issue, showed me a detailed quote on his phone, and with my approval satisfactorily completed the work. He was very polite and courteous and I would highly recommend this company. I suspect you may be paying a bit more than the going rate for this type of work but the convenience of arranging the repair, the urgency and timeliness are all worth it.
