I have used Adam twice for inspections of my rental properties. He shows up on time, fully equipped with all the right equipment needed for a professional inspection. The inspection onsite is through and systematic. He explains his findings verbally during the inspection and also in depth for the written report.Adam is an experienced and expert inspector and I will continue to recommend him to other and use him for future inspections.

First off id like to say it was a pleasure having Adam inspect our home. He is very polite, punctual, knows exactly what to look for and addresses all of our concerns. We hired Adam Jensen of Fort Town Inspections when we were looking to purchase a property to expand our farm business. Adam did an incredibly thorough job inspecting all the buildings on the property in question. He was able to deal with poor lighting, hard to access places, and even large dogs. Thanks to his diligent work, we did not pursue the purchase of the property that would have been an insurance nightmare. I didn’t think I needed a house inspection. I thought it would be a waste of money, I was so VERY WRONG. I suggest everyone buying a house gets one. Adam from Fort Town inspectors went far above and beyond what I expected from a house inspection. I received back 43 detailed pages with pictures to help assist me in ensuring my new investment will be in the best condition possible. Adam didn’t just observe and report on what needed to be fixed now he also gave detailed notes on things that may arises in the future. I received many tips and pointers on how to repair and fix some minor issues myself, for things that need a professional I was advised to contact one. Adam had mine and my family’s best interests in mind.Adam throughly went through each and every area of the house I wish to buy. I honestly don’t think he missed a thing. He is very knowledable.I am so happy I hired an inspector it was definitely money well spent!
