It's alright. It's not a Cabela's or Bass Pro but it has most things. The fishing selection is good. Camping selection is decent. Rifles and Ammo are kind of the standard brand selections, nothing over the top or specialized. optics are lacking pretty badly. Archery gear.. might as well not even bother. The staff for the most part are nice but don't understand what exactly their selling, or what your asking,but that's to be expected in Fort McMurray these days.

We went to the Canadian Tire outdoor store to get a little gun for our daughter. Chae was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was great at helping us pick one out and putting the scope on it for us. When we picked it up he was great at explaining things. Overall the experience was awesome...

It's Canadian Tire and almost everything was on sale, it was a great time to stock up on tools for my RV.This store was well organized, the staff was friendly and they had plenty of stock.

Tammy at the outdoors store was amazing!!My girlfriend & I visited the store and she patiently went around helping us to pick out items we would need for a day of fishing!She even took the time to put the line & hooks on our rods for us and to show us how to do in the future! Amazing employee!!

Absolutley horrible customer service straight from the manager.. The signs on the clothing racks diddnt make sence so my wife asked what clothing was on sale .. So the manager sent a staff member over they put the sign on the clothing rack and my wife was told all the shirts on that rack were on sale .. So we grabbed some and went to the till when it was rung up the wrong price came up .. We pointed it out to the manager and her responce was to walk over to the rack where they just put the sign up and tear it down ... Diddnt get the shirts.. All we got was a hassle... great looking store but the staff .. The manager expecially need some customer service tips .. Rude .. Disrespectfull..and honestly could care less .

Went for oil change charged me for Castrol Edge in the bill, but they used motomaster oil questioned them why they did this? Rep said mechanics supposed use Edge but don't know why he used this oil. I feel its a daily routine for them. They altered the bill at the end. My advice to everyone is that please don't trust blindly. Charged me for Top ups even after I tell them not to top up anything.

Good collection of fishing tools, hunting tool. You can also have fishing and hunting license here. Camping tent, bug spray, mosquitoes candles and other stuff are available. Mosquitoes candles did amazing job in our camping. Bike, floats, boats, and many others outdoors stuff are available with reasonable price. Store is located close to downtown. Other stores and facilities are close to this place. They always keep the store neat and clean. Washroom is clean. Very good customer service. Staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always help us with fishing rods. Lots of parking spots including para parking. Recommend others to try this store.
