A pretty neat store for all the anime fans out there!!You will find most of your favorite anime merchandise ranging from Naruto to Jujutsu Kaisen and even the not so famous ones like SpyxFamily.I went there on the black Friday weekend and they had great deals going on. Ended up buying a hoodie and a t-shirt for just $20!!

An employee with purple dyed hair is amazing! They’re very outgoing and made me and my friend laugh. Love seeing good and funny people when I’m just running some quick errands. It really makes my day!

The store itself was fine, but I didn’t really have a nice experience with the workers. I thought one of them (not sure what their preferred pronouns are) was attractive so I respectfully approached them and asked for their number. I was rejected, but understood so I apologized for bugging and wished them a good day. As I made my way back to my sister to speak to her about it, I heard the workers begin talking and laughing about me. I got so humiliated that I left the store and it ended up ruining the rest of my mall trip so that was super fun :))

My teenage daughter loves this store! They always have what we in search of. They have merch that you may not find at other stores.

Just had a situation with your blue haired fairy wanna be employee and the other young one are the most incoherent rudest people ever. Nothing against the young one, I get she's reading the register and such but for someone who can't problem solve and relies heavily on the till that was apparently messed up needs more training especially with reading with what's on the till because she got my total amount wrong several times and kept lying. Anyways the biggest problem was the fairy wanna be her attitude was something else, I never met someone who was so aggressive in any store. Your other employees spread misinformation stating sale items were part of the promotion when there not which is fine still for people representing a company and having such a huge event such as this spreading misinformation is all around messed up how do you not know what is included in the promo and then wanna be rude to people at the counter for your lies? either way but again no Faults on that one either. The blue haired one is the biggest problem my God might as well hop in a trash bin because that's all we were to her.

I am a minor and I used to like this store in particular. But it's been this recent time where I had a very bad experience. Yeah, the employees are kind, but there's this one particular employee that was rather rude. They pressured me into signing up for some money saving program. After I told them my birthday for the program, they changed my birthday, 2 years before I was born, and made me sign up. And that's not the first two I've interacted with them. One of my first times, that employee I had, and they were pretty rude. I will describe them for you so you can be warned, they had pink hair, and they used they/them pronouns. That's pretty much what I remember.

This is one of my favourite stores! I love the selection of accessories, and the themed clothes. They also have great socks, and carry a great selection of horror, goth, anime and nerdy themed clothing, accessories and plushies.They unfortunately run out of XL sizes quickly, and they rarely have the larger sizes in store, which is frustrating. Ome of the staff told me that head office has not been sending clothing bigger than size medium! There is a large demographic that cannot access clothes because they are not petite , and this exclusion is a big oversight from the company! You can find larger sizes in the online store, but it is all in USD $ (which converts to a lot more $ to be delivered to your home). They do not let you request to have your purchases shipped to the store (even at your expense), because it is outside the US. This is very unfair. I purchase less here because of this.I also find the physical store crowded, and it can be hard to move through. However, they fit A LOT into this little store, and im glad its there. I could spend hours looking at everything, because the selection is great! This store is very nostalgic for me since I've wanted to shop at it since it first came out when I was a teenager!
