I recently visited BVB and was super impressed with the level of service I received. The staff (Libby!) was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I navigated the process of self printing. Libby provided clear instructions and even went as far as to teach me how to print exactly what I needed in the way I needed it. She made sure I the final product was 100% to my satisfaction. Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend!

Favourite print shop! Helpful and friendly. They also have a computer you can use to do your own printing, and a big selection of office supplies. Huge thank you to Libby for making us some stickers for a 40th bday. High quality and so convenient to be able to get a small run.

Poor guest experience - a rude guy I ended up dealing with …Sadly, I’d suggest just buying from Staples if you want easy purchase/ returns and use this place only as a last resort.I’m all for supporting local but it needs to be offering comparable or better service & prices than big box stores.

Their photo counter is really basic. They never have time for your project and the 2 persons that were there today (August 15th, 14pm, no one in the store) seems like they didn't want to be there and take the time. Go on Vistaprint for better service!

wow, talk about making it easy at the office. they searched for my product needs to confirm the right items. I ordered online from their website, (very fair priced) which was easy, and best of all, delivered to my home office in less time than it takes for a coffee to go cold..... well done, better than any amazon or box store by far...shop local first you will not be disappointed.
